1. Perused the petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Advocate for petitioner has failed to comply the directions in order dated 03.05.2024 thereafter, on 29.07.2024 Advocate for petitioner again requested for extension of time, by way of last chance and time was extended by two weeks from 29.07.2024.

2. Till date, Advocate for petitioner fails to comply the directions as per order dated 03.05.2024. Mr. Paresh, representative of the Advocate for petitioner is present before me and he requested that, by way of last last chance one week time may be granted for issuance of General Notice. It is to be noted that, the petitioner should not suffer because of the Advocate, hence by way of last chance time is granted. Advocate for petitioner to file General Notice is extended by two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.
