Read praecipe dated 26.09.2024. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that one of the petitioners is in India and he is leaving the India. Hence, on her request and considering the situation, the petition is taken on the record.

The petitioner is seeking permission to amend the schedule-I, to include the articles found in the locker in course of inventory of the locker in pursuance of the Judge's Order No. JOT/101/2024. Submission is accepted. The petitioner is permitted to amend the schedule-I of the petition as prayed for. Furthermore, the petitioner to carry out consequential amendment in the petition. Petitioner to amend the exiting schedule-I by adding rider/s and for sake of clarity file the re-type schedule-I and same may be place along with the existing schedule-I of the petition.

The amendment be carried out within 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Verification of the proposed amendment is permitted by one of the petitioners. Furthermore, if the petitioner is not available then the upon filing additional affidavit of the petitioner, the re-verification stands dispensed with.
