1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she has uploaded the administration bond.

However, same is not showing on the portal.

Hence, she produced hard copy of the administration bond. Upon perusal the said Bond, it appears that amount is incorrect (not for gross amount vide Rule 420 of the Bombay Hgih Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 and dates are also not mentioned in the administration bond.

2. Hence, petitioner to correct the amount and file same for gross amount. Furthermore, petitioner to correct the dates in administration bond and correct the petition number in administration bond and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by petitioner, surety and notary. Hence, adjourned.
