1. Office has informed that, while preparing the grant in order dated 25.07.2024, the date of Will is mentioned as 16.03.2019.

2. Perused the Praecipe dated 30.08.2024 filed by the Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner. It is stated by the Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner that in Para 4 of the Petition the date of the Will is wrongly typed as 16.03.2019 instead of 16.03.2010 and she may be permitted to correct the same by way of amendment.

3. Heard Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner. Considering the reason mentioned in Praecipe dated 30.08.2024, the order dated 25.07.2024 is recalled. Office not to prepare the draft of Probate.
