1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that she had moved a praecipe on 24.03.2025 and sought amendment in the legal heir's paragraph and schedule of the petition. However, in order dated 24.03.2025 only amendment is granted in the legal heir's paragraph. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, and again upon mentioning the matter and praecipe dated 24.03.2025. Petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment as per the draft amendment mentioned in the praecipe. Submission is accepted. Praeicpe is allowed. Furthermore, the petitioner is permitted to amend the schedule-I of the petition and to carry out consequential amendment in the petition.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

4. Petitioner to act as per the order dated 24.03.2025 as well as this order.

5. Adjourned to already scheduled date.
