1. While preparing the grant, it is noticed that, petitioner has not filed the administration bond. However, in order dated 28.08.2024, para no. 5 mentions that petitioner has filed the administration bond. Furthermore, from the perusal of the petition, it appears that petitioner is the sole legal heir of the deceased. Hence, the petitioner is exempted from the furnishing the Administration Bond, as per the directions of the Hon'ble Court in TP No. 2556 and 2559 of 2022 dated 28.02.2023. Accordingly, the petitioner was exempted from furnishing administration Bond. Hence, it is incorrectly mentioned that the petitioner has filed the administration Bond. Therefore, Paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 28.08.2024 is required to corrected. Accordingly, it is corrected and words "has filed" are substituted by words "is exempted from furnishing"

2. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 28.08.2024 will remain as it is.

3. Removed from the board.
