1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he has moved a praecipe on 14.01.2024 however, in the praecipe year of the petition is mentioned as 2023 instead of 2024. Hence, order is passed and uploaded in the TP/2328/2023. Hence, petitioner to take steps in the matter. Hence, order dated 14.01.2025 became irrelevant in TP/2328/2023. Therefore, same is required to be deleted, in order dated 14.01.2024, year of the petition is corrected and same be uploaded in this petition.
