1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 14.01.2025 and submits that in order clause no. 1 of the order dated 18.12.2024 amendment was granted in para no. 4. However, amendment is to be carried out in para no. 9. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In order dated 18.12.2024, words "para no. 4" are replaced with the words "para no. 9". Furthermore, time to carry out an amendment is to be started from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 18.12.2024 will remain as it is.
