Heard Mr. Kshirsagar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.
Present Petition is filed for issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the properties and credits of the deceased who expired on 01.08.2023. She is survived by her husband who is the sole legal heir. Her minor daughter expired on 02.08.2023.

I have perused the Petition and annexures thereto. There can be no impediment in allowing the present Petition whatsoever. Petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a legal Succession Certificate to the Petitioner under the provision of Hindu Succession Act, 1956 certifying that Mangala Indrasen Chauhan being the only heir and legal representatives of deceased abovenamed in respect of the debts and securities set forth in Schedule I hereto with power to collect the said debt and to receive interest or dividend on and to negotiate or transfer the said Securities."

Department is directed to issue grant to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today positively and unfailingly. 5.
There is one more issue which needs to be dealt with and in the interest of justice the same is stated herein under. 6.
There is accidental benefit which is deposited with RBL Bank having its branch at Kandivali, Mumbai. Despite Petitioner having communicated to the Bank by email and requested the Bank to give details of dues and securities lying in the account, the Bank has refused to give the same.

The Branch Manager of RBL Bank, Kandivali Branch, Mumbai is directed by this Court to forthwith inform all details of the amounts lying in the bank account regarding the Accidental benefit to the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court under information to the Advocate for the Petitioner so that appropriate amount can be stated in the Schedule. The amount that shall be informed by the Bank shall be allowed to be inserted in the Petition Schedule at the appropriate place by the Advocate for Petitioner. Amendment to that effect is allowed to be carried out within one week of receiving the details from RBL Bank by the Advocate for Petitioner. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

Department shall issue the complete grant within one week of carrying out the above amendment. Manager of RBL Bank shall act on a server copy of this order and furnish the necessary information as directed forthwith and in any event within one week from the date of service of order copy on him by Advocate for Petitioner. 9.
Liberty to apply.
