The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, petitioner to file affidavit of service as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 2.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. However, the office to ensure that no citation has been issued and is pending with the office of the Sheriff of this Court for service thereof. Furthermore, if any citation is pending with the Sheriff's Office, the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner shall pay requisite fee/charges thereof.
