The present petition is filed for Letters of Administration for the properties and credits of deceased namely Arvind Narayan Kulkarni. As per para No. 9 of the petition, petitioner has filed earlier petition being MPT No. 459 of 2023 for heirship certificate and the same was granted.

2. Petitioner has already paid court fees of Rs.75,000/- in the said MPT on 28.07.2023 by GRN No. MH005852386202324E and CIN No. 00040572023072889812. Since the deceased are same in both the petitions therefore, the petitioner is entitled for exemption of court fees under section 23 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
