TP/2373/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. S. U. Lakdawala, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has filed precipe dated 06.11.2025 seeking extension of grant of Succession Certificate. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has relied upon the Affidavit filed by petitioner dated 06.10.2025. The said Affidavit states that petitioner is daughter-in-law of deceased No. (a) and widow of deceased No. (b) and Succession Certificate was issued on 22.10.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner has found additional securities which are in the name of the deceased (a) and (b).

2. Petitioner therefore, seeks extension of Succession Certificate in respect of securities mentioned at Exhibit - B. Husband of deceased No. (a) died in the year 1983. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter, one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. Out of them daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and the son, daughter and granddaughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Petitioner has filed further Administration Bond dated 07.10.2025.

3. Petitioner has paid the court fees of Rs.9380/- on 28.01.2024 as mentioned in the Grant of Succession Certificate dated 22.10.2024. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that court fees of Rs.620/- on 10.10.2025 however, Office to verify whether the said court fees is defaced or not.

4. As the petitioner being widow of deceased hence, as per the Government Notification bearing No. Mudrank-2023/C.R.641/M-1(Policy) dated 09.08.2024 and she has paid total court fees of Rs.10,000/-.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to add the securities in the Schedule I annexed to the petition as per Exhibit - "B" annexed Affidavit dated 06.10.2025 by way of amendment. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within twelve weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Upon uploading the amended copy of petition, office to issue extension of Succession Certificate. Reverification is dispensed with. 11.11.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
