1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe and thereby requested to allow the petitioner to amend the para no. 4 by deleting the name of Dropadi. He further submitted that as Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (for short "HS Act") only petitioner is the legal heir and deceased's husband is pre-deceased the deceased. Therefore, mother-in-law of the deceased cannot be a legal heir of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to inform the parties upon deleting their name. Furthermore, petitioner to state about the date of death of husband.
