Advocate for the petitioner, he submitted that in para no. 1 of the petition date of the death is wrongly mentioned as 25.07.2021 instead of 25.03.2021 as per the Exhibit-A. This fact is noticed by the grant section and it is communicated to the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks form the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. After amendment, list the matter before undersigned officer for passing the order.
