c) In para no. 4 of the petition, clarify the legal heirs status. d) while perusal of the petition it has been noticed that the details of the daughter-in-law of the deceased, who is wife of the deceased son viz. Harjinder Sarwan Singh Lotay is not mentioned as well as, Advocate for petitioner to give the details of the same in para no. 4 of the petition.

e) In para no. 5 of the petition the correct the shares of the petitioner.

2) Advocate for petitioner to carry out the said necessary amendments within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order and upload the amended petition through e-filing.
