2. Petitioner to comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 and take steps to state about the grand parents from the mother side as well as fathers side, widow, and mother of the deceased. Petitioner to file consent of the Palak.

3. Furthermore, petitioner to correct the dates in administration bond with the signatures of petitioner, surety and notary. Hence, adjourned.

Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe and thereby prays to make an averment about the grand parents of the deceased from the maternal side and paternal side as per the personal laws applicable to the parties. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

6. Petitioner to carryout an amendment as well as consequential amendments within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
