It has been observed that in the present petition, whereabouts of one of the brother of deceased who is legal heirs of deceased, is not known as well as details of parents of deceased who are predeceased are also not mentioned. Deceased died as bachelor. Name of mother of deceased who is class I legal heirs of deceased is also not known as stated in the petition by petitioner. Further, names as well as details of Mother and Father of deceased is also not mentioned in the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that since the whereabouts of the brother of deceased is not aware, they have taken out Chamber Order No. 394 of 2024 for publication. The said Chamber Order was granted on 20.09.2024 and publication was done on 18.10.2024 in two newspapers namely 'Free Press Journal' for English language and 'Navshakti' for Marathi language, which are circulated in Mumbai and Pune, by way of substitute service upon Shridhar Sitaram Paradkar, who is brother of deceased.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that she will specify the details of parents of deceased which is not mentioned in para No. 4 of the petition.

4. Office to verify, whether Notice to Collector has been issued in the present petition or not.

5. List the matter on 24.01.2025.
