This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vishal Kumar Maheshwari being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ashok Kumar Maheshwari died intestate at Lonavala, Pune on 23.05.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details as regards the wife of deceased have not stated in the petition and other sons as well as daughter. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
