TP/2490/2025 Ms. Neelam Varang i/b. Saeed Akhtar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vishal Kumar Maheshwari being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ashok Kumar Maheshwari died intestate at Lonavala, Pune on 23.05.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by only one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.06.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
