Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.09.2024 and submitted that to allow the petitioner to delete the wrongly uploaded petition. Perused petition and CIS, it appears that there was no order about the amendment in the petition having no. 2506/2024. However, department has approved the same and have taken that petition into CIS. Hence, department to take necessary steps as per the law in respect of the said mistake. Praecipe is disposed of.
