Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps such as filing affidavit of attesting witness, comply rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 and take steps to effect the service upon legal heirs of the deceased as well as take stpes in respect of the affidavit of affixing the citation.
