Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps.

The petitioner to file the Consent of the Legal heirs of the deceased, or take steps to serve the citation vide Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 3.

The petitioner to file affidavit of the attesting witness/s in prescribe form No. 102 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 4.

The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the addition/deletion/inter-lineation, etc. in the Will vide Rule 383 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 5.

Petitioner to file affidavit regarding pasting the citation on the Notice Board of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Notice board of the Collector, vide Rule 397 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980, as the service of the citation is defective. 6.
