Appropriate affidavit as required by objection No. 3 in requisition dated 12.03.2026 has been filed along with necessary addition / deletion / interlineation in the Will. It was already filed on 03.11.2023. I have perused the same. In that view of the matter necessary requirement and averments as required have been reproduced thereunder. Department is therefore directed to proceed further for issuance of grant as objection in the requisition dated 12.03.2026 stands dispensed with.
