For the reasons stated in the praecipe, time to carry out an amendment is hereby extended by further three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Furthermore, upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with. Amended petition to be uploaded within 05 days from the date of amendment.
