Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Upon perusing Will, it is mentioned in the second last para of the Will, which reads as under :

"I hereby bequest all my immovable and movable properties to my wife, Mrs. Pritpaul Kaur, exclusively with life interest in her favour, so that she may not be required to look up to my sons for any requirements, including right of income by way of rents from flat No.102, Tej Mahan Apartments, which have been let-out by me for income, the said flat is not to be sold. My wife shall have right to deal with all my properties to the execution of my by two sons, without creating any permanent right or sale thereof. She shall have absolute right to the Bank Accounts.

She shall also have a right to enjoy all income from my properties, Companies, HUF?

However, on her demise, all the properties belonging to me shall be equally divided amongst my two sons".

Deceased has bequeathed his immovable and movable properties to his wife namely Pritpaul Kaur exclusively with life interest in her favour. In view thereof, Ld. Advocate for petitioner to explain how this petition filed by the petitioner, is maintainable. S. O. to 19.08.2024.
