1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe and stated that in order clause no. 1 of the dated 02.08.2024, the directions are given to mention the parents of the deceased. However, deceased is the female and parents of the deceased husband is to be mentioned. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In Order clause no. 1 of the order dated 02.08.2024 corrected and read as petitioner to take steps to state about the mother of the husband of the deceased.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 02.08.2024.
