Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 10.10.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition so as to explain chain of inheritance as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (for short "HS Act"). Petitioner claims to be heirs of the Husband of the deceased vide Sec. 15(1)(b) of HS Act. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to explain the chain of inheritance as per the order dated 25.09.2024. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner is allowed to make a proper averment about the heirs of the husband as per the Section 15(1) (b) r/w section 16 and Section 8 to 13 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
