1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.08.2024 and thereby stated that on 14.08.2024, prayer was granted to amend the prayer of the petition from "throughout India" to "State of Maharashtra". However, in order dated 14.08.2024, amendment is granted to amend the prayer from "throughout India" to "State of Maharashtra" instead of "State of Maharashtra" to "throughout India" and therefore, same may be corrected.

Hence, in order clause no. 1 of the dated 14.08.2024 is corrected and read as Petitioner is willing to amend the prayer from "throughout India" to "State of Maharashtra". Furthermore, time limit to carryout an amendment will apply from the date of uploading of this order.

3. Rest of the order dated 14.08.2024 will remain unchanged.
