2. Pursuant to order dated 03.10.2024, Ld. Advocate for petitioner has filed Additional Affidavit of Neha Ashok Khanna and Nidhi Ashok Khanna, who are daughters of deceased / petitioners in the present petition.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that it has been categorically mentioned in para No. 3 of the said Affidavit that mother of deceased has filed earlier Petition No. 108 of 2002 for Letters of Administration and Testamentary Petition No. 1098 of 2008 for Succession Certificate and their mother who is petitioner in both these petitions died on 08.04.2017. It is further mentioned that mother of petitioner died without recovering the securities of HDFC Bank Limited hence, they have filed the present petition.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that since the present petition is for Succession Certificate with respect to the securities of HDFC Bank Limited which are mentioned in the Schedule annexed to the petition hence, the present grant may be proceeded ahead as final order for issuance of Succession Certificate which is passed on 15.07.2024.

5. In view of the submission of Ld. Advocate for petitioner as well as Affidavit of petitioners dated 19.11.2024, office to proceed with the grant. The said Affidavit dated 19.11.2024 is taken on record. 13.01.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
