Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that Judge's Order is wrongly filed and he will take steps to withdraw the Judge's Order. As the petitioner has lodged the Judge's Order, before withdrawing it, the petitioner shall ensure that sister is not the legatee under the Will. Hence, adjourned.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 07.04.2025 and thereby prays for extension of time to carry out an amendment which was granted vide an order dated 06.01.2025. Hence, time to carry out an amendment is hereby extended by further three weeks. Hence, adjourned.
