TP/2611/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Palak Fulia i/b. Mr. Sushant S. Mishra, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ramesh Bhai Ladva, who is Husband of deceased. Deceased namely Parvatiben Rameshbhai Ladva said to be died intestate at Vadodara, Gujarat on 23.04.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that Deceased was survived by Husband, four daughters and one Son. Out of them Husband is petitioner and all other legal heirs of the deceased have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.11.2024 and Administration Bond dated 25.06.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
