1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 10.09.2024 for extension of time to carryout an amendment which was granted vide an order dated 27.08.2024. For the reasons stated in the praecipe, time to carryout an amendment is hereby extended by further two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petitions is pending. Furthermore, the petitioner is permitted to amend the name of the Statue which is applicable to the deceased as per his personal Laws. Furthermore, petitioner to mention the sect of the deceased.
