Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that the property which is mentioned in the Will is redeveloped and such averment is made in the Will. However, such averments are remained to be incorporated in the petition. Hence, he seeks permission to amend the petition by making necessary averment in this regard. as per the draft amendment, 2.

Submission is accepted and praecipe is allowed. The petitioner to carry out an amendment within 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending.

Furthermore, the amended petition to be uploaded in portal within 03 days from the date of amendment.
