P.C.: 1. Persued the petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. While finalizing the grant, office has raised objections as under:

a) In cause title of the petition, replace the word "Securities" with "Debts", and "her" with "his" b) In cause title of the petitioner as well as para no. 4 & 5 of the petition of schedule of next-ofkin at Sr. No. 1 relationship with deceased Wife or Widow, delete one word.

c) Correct the prayer.

d) Correct Claim amount in para no. 7 of the petition.

e) In schedule of the petition replace the word "Securities" with "Debts".

2. Advocate for petitioner is directed to carry out corrections within one week from the date of uploading of this order and upload the corrected version of the petition. At the requests of the Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Re-verification dispensed with.

3. Office to proceed with grant as soon as Advocate for petitioner will carry out corrections into the petition and upload the corrected version of the petition.
