As the petitioner is not aware about the legal heirs of the deceased, as per the amendment uploaded in the CIS, it would be proper to direct the petitioner to serve the all-concern citation by substitute way, by following due procedure.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that she will take necessary steps regarding the service of the citation vide Rule 400 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.
