1) To check the averment in para 5 of the petition, whether executors are appointed or not, under the Will.

2) To explain the legal heirs of testator as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

3) To verify avernment regarding directions mentioned in para 6 of the Will.

4) To comply with the provisions of Rules 383 and 419 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.
