1. Read praecipe dated 03.01.2025 along with valuation report of the valuer who sated to be present at the time of the inventory of the locker having Judge's order no. 149/2024. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that description of the articles found in the locker are clubbed together as per the valuation report. Submission is accepted. Furthermore, amount paid towards the deposit of the locker is also sought to be added in the schedule of the petition. Considering the reasons stated in the praecipe, Petitioner is permitted to carryout an amendment and re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to initial the amendment. However, petitioner to upload the amended schedule duly signed by the petitioner. Petitioner to pay deficit court fee due to increase in the schedule amount after carrying out the amendment.
