Advocate for petitioner seeks to carry out corrections in the petition by adding the properties mentioned in the Will but inadvertently not mentioned in the Schedule I annexed to the petition. Hence, seeks to add the same by carrying out the said corrections in Schedule annexed to the petition. The said corrections are allowed.
