1. Petitioner to file trnaslation of the death certificate.

2. Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. Before issuing the citation, the office must verify that it has not been previously issued and ensure that it has been sent to the office of the Sheriff of this Court. if same is sent to the sheriff department then petitioner to pay necessary charges / fees with the Sheriff department.
