Read praecipe dated 19.08.2024, Petitioner is willing to delete the locker mentioned in schedule of the petition. It is submitted that vide a praecipe dated 19.08.2024, locker is not the property of the deceased and how it is being operated by Aparna Battacharya being survivor of the said locker. In view of this submission and on relying upon the said Submission. Praecipe dated 24.07.2024 and 19.08.2024 is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner to mention the reason for deletion of this locker in a petition and produce supporting document to that effect. Upon compliance of this condition to produce the document, petitioner is permitted to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Furthermore, amendment should be verified as per the Rule prescribed in Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, adjourned.
