2. Attesting witnesses are silent about the person, who read over the contents of the Will to the Testator. Hence, the petitioner to clarify the same and to comply the Rule 419 of the BHC Rules.

3. The Petitioner to comply the Rule 383 of BHC Rules , in respect of addition of the date in the Will

4. Petitioner to file an Administration Bond for the gross amount vide Rule 420 of the BHC Rules.
