Furthermore, petitioner to explain that if Ratna's children are minor, then how the service of citation is affected on these minors.

Attesting witness is silent about the person, who read over the contents of the Will to the Testator. Hence, the petitioner to clarify the same and comply the Rule 419 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

Furthermore, the petitioner to comply the Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 5.

Administration Bond is not executed for the Gross amount, as per the Rule 420 of of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petitioner to execute the bond for the gross amount. Petitioner may correct the amount in the Bond and same shall be initialed by the petitioner, surety and Notary. Corrected administration Bond to be uploaded in the Portal.
