Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) Notice to Collector.

2) To explain the legal heirs of deceased as per provisions of Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980 including the legal heirs of Ratna Mahadev Pandilval.

3) To comply with the provisions of Rules 383 and 419 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

4) In para 7 of the Will, it has been mentioned that a) Will has explained, interpreted and read over to the deceased in English language and whereas in the last para, it has been mentioned that due to ill-health, Will has read and explained to the deceased in front of the Witnesses.

b) Deceased has put his thumb impression on the Will, whereas endorsement has been made above name of testator.

c) Also, 'her request' words has been mentioned. Advocate to explain.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 16.08.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.
