Learned Advocate for the Caveators submits that Interim Application (L) No.993 of 2025 has not been listed

32-OSTP-2687-2024.DOC today with the present Petition. He requests that both be listed and heard together.

In the meantime, the learned Advocate for the Caveators agrees to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties, more particularly as the Caveators claim to be nominees mentioned in the share certificate issued in respect of the flat in the society, it being settled law that the nominees are only trustees. 3.

Pursuant to the deliberation in the Court, he seeks one week to consider his position.

List the matter on 10th September, 2025 'for settlement'.
