Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in order dated 24.09.2025, a relationship of the petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 with deceased is incorrectly mentioned as "Daughters" instead of Sons. Hence, he prayed that the same may corrected. The submission is accepted.

In paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 23.09.2025, the relationship of the petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 with the deceased stands corrected as "sons" by deleting the word "daughters."

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 23.09.2025 will remain as it is.
