Advocate for petitioner submits that the Administration Bond is affirmed on 06.04.2024 it has been filed on Registry on 15.07.2024 after the order. Advocate for petitioner requested that the Administration Bond may be taken on record. The said Bond is accepted.

2. Advocate for petitioner to satisfy with respect to the entitlement to the petition as a legal heir as per the provision of Hindu Law, as per Section 15 sub-Section 2.
