For Compliance The petitioner is a Daughter-in-Law of the deceased(wife of predeceased son). Advocate for the petitioner to specify with the maintenability as per Section 15 as well as Section 16 of the Hindu Section Act, 1956 since the deceased is mother in law of the petitioner. Advocate for the petitioner has relied upon the order dated 8.9.2023(Coram : The Hon'ble Ms. Justice R. N. Manjula) passed by High Court of Madras in P.O. No. 120 of 2023 in the case of Vidhya Narasimhan v/s R. Revathi & Ors.

Advocate for the petitioner requires to satisfy the Hon'ble court with respect to maintenability of the petition since the petitioner is wife of the predeceased son of the deceased and how she is entitle for the share in the estate of the deceased as per provision of Section 15 and 16 of Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and obtain necessary direction from the Hon'ble Court.
