This Petition is for Probate with an authenticated copy Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by Petitioners Jaisingh Chitnavis and Bhupal Chitnavis, being the executors named under the Will of the Deceased abovenamed Prabhakar Keshavrao Chitnavis alias Prabhakar K. Chitnavis died at Bromley, United Kingdom, on 18.11.2022. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. For ID proof of the deceased, copy of passport is annexed.

Mr. Lakdawala, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that CERTIFIED Copy of Probate issued by District Registrar, In the Family Division of the High Court of Justice, being Grant of Probate bearing Case Reference No. 1675971689858284 Issued on 21st June 2023 Certificate granted by High Court of Justice England and Wales, Principal Registry of the Family Division, HMCTS Probate PO Box 12625, Harlow CM209QE in respect of Will dated 19th day of October, 2014, which was granted on 226-2023.
