Advocate for petitioner submits that they serve the citation upon Minoo Daran Mehta, Nergish Adi Wadia and Jimmy Daran Mehta through the office of Sheriff, Mumbai and filed Affidavit of Service filed by Deputy Sheriff, Mumbai dated 26.11.2024.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner is directed to furnish fresh detail Affidavit of Service of legal heirs of deceased, as the detail status about the service upon the legal heirs of deceased is not clarified.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner further submits that two of the legal heirs namely Nergish Adi Wadia and Jimmy Daran Mehta are not served hence, they are require to be served through paper Publication. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks time to serve citation upon non-serving legal heirs of deceased, as she will take out an appropriate legal proceedings to serve on the said legal heirs.
