1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that, he has amended the petition at the lodging stage and some corrections have made. However, in order dated 10.09.2024 facts are not mentioned as per the amended petition. Hence, he moved a praecipe. Hence, same may be corrected. Furthermore, office has shared the un-amended petition in drive and hence, facts mentioned in amended petition are not mentioned in order dated 10.09.2024.

2. In para no. 1 of the order dated 12.09.2024 name of the deceased is corrected and read as "Elizabeth A. Ahaley alias Elizabeth Avinash Ahaley alias "Elizabeth Avinashkumar" Ahaley alias Ahaley "Elizabeth Avinash".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 10.09.2024 will remain unchanged.

4. Removed from the board.
